“Let’s Make Music” started off as playing with random blocks, placing on the design wall and hoping to discover something deep inside. Interestingly music was one of the art forms that the artist always wanted to study but never got around to it. Surprisingly musical instruments emerged and the individual blocks were seamed.
Finished with no show facing and with a hanging sleeve that can be used to hang it on the wall (You would need a rod or a yardstick would work too).
Materials: Cotton with Cotton/poly batting
Care: Gentle vacuum to remove dust. On receiving the quilt, the wrinkles/folds can be removed by steaming.
Dimensions: 47”x40”
This quilt was accepted at the Pacific Northwest Quilt and Fiber Arts Festival 2024 and The Atlantic Quilt Festival 2024
