Temple Quilt Wall hanging
This improv quilt all started with an image of a temple in India with bright colors. Wanting to represent the feel of the temple and get into the rhythmic chanting I quilted the entire quilt by hand with big stitches. I love the textured it created.
Lovely to use as a lap quilt or hang on the wall.
Finished with no show facing and with a hanging sleeve that can be used to hang it on the wall (You would need a rod or a yardstick would work too).
Materials: Cotton with Cotton/poly batting
Care: Machine washable on gentle cycle. Tumble dry low. On receiving the quilt, the folds can be removed by throwing in the dryer and/or ironing with steam.
